He knows the agency from the ground up, having started his career here as a licensed agent before moving into a director role. His previous experience in the health insurance industry further sharpened his understanding of the individual health market and what it takes to serve clients well at scale.

Brandon’s background spans an unusually wide range of disciplines, including logistics, people management, sales, marketing, and operations, and he brings that versatility to his leadership every day.
